Nicaragua starts with COFFEE. We believe that a high-quality brunch deserves specialty-grade coffee. That’s why we source our coffee directly from Nicaragua and have it freshly roasted here in Hungary by Impresso.
This exceptional coffee is prepared by our skilled baristas using a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle machine. In addition to espresso-based drinks, we also serve filter coffee, batch brew, and seasonal coffee specialties. Want to know more about our coffees? Click here!
Our drink menu is built around freshly squeezed juices (orange, grapefruit, lemonades), our homemade teas, and locally crafted beverages, like kombucha. But if you’re in the mood to brighten your day, a glass of mimosa or a bottle of bubbly is always available!
On our food menu, you’ll find all your brunch favorites—Eggs Benedict, avocado and salmon toast, and specialty scrambled eggs. But we’ve also infused our menu with the flavors of Nicaragua!
Our signature Gallo Pinto—a Nicaraguan-style vegetable and bean mix—forms the base of our hearty Nicaragua bowland is also featured in our one-of-a-kind Nicaraguan burrito.
For a tropical, fresh twist, try our mango smoothie bowl, loaded with seeds, fruits, and cacao nibs.
Another standout is our Nicaraguan pancakes—free from sugar, milk, and gluten, yet packed with flavor thanks to bananas, oats, and eggs. They’re delicious on their own or topped with jam, Nutella, or pistachio cream (though those add a bit of sweetness!).
Our portions are generous, perfect for replacing both breakfast and lunch—so one thing’s for sure: you won’t leave hungry!
