Our goal was to perfect the well-known and beloved brunch classics while introducing the flavors, atmosphere, and spirit of Nicaragua. This unique concept is reflected in both of our Budapest brunch restaurants, where the interiors are made truly special with original paintings, decorative pieces from Nicaragua, and plenty of lush plants.
At our restaurant on Bartók Béla Boulevard, brunch in Budapest doesn’t end in the afternoon. We welcome you until 10 PM with a bistro menu that also features Nicaraguan-inspired flavors. Here you can also taste special Nicaraguan rums and cocktails, turning your brunch experience into a perfect evening program as well.
Behind Nicaragua there is a personal story. As founders, we first traveled to Nicaragua in 2019 in a camper van, and it immediately captivated us with its colonial cities, breathtaking nature, and above all the kindness and openness of the people who live there. We spent three years in this earthly paradise, returning to Budapest in 2023—primarily because of our children’s education.
Nicaragua, however, grew so close to our hearts that we brought a piece of it back to Budapest—for ourselves and for you. This is how a place was born that truly adds a new color to the brunch scene in Budapest.
